I was delighed with the speed at which Mr Hamilton was able to call in to view my job. I needed a new aerial which he fully explained what he advised and why. He also gave me an indication of cost. The following day Mr Hamilton returned to complete the work to be done, which he did with ease, he was also very clean and left no sign he had been here. I was very happy with the work done and would highly recommend this company, and be happy to have Mr Hamilton do more work when required.

Frank is really a first class reliable tradesman. He provides an extremely efficient service, cant do enough to inform you about what he is doing/done and provides evidence of the work he has executed. Quotes and responses to queries are literally by return of e mail almost. He takes real pride in his work and that’s a rare thing in this day and age. Given I was organising an installation from 200 miles away it was almost as if i was there with him all the time he was doing the jobs for me.

We had Hamilton Aerials at our house the other week again, as we used the company previously. This time we had our 4K UHD TV, sound system and the Freesat installed. As before, Frank was on time, polite, knowledgeable and did everything he promised he will do. The TV and the sound system has been set and connected and works perfectly. We highly recommend this business and if needed, we will definitely use Hamilton Aerials again.

We have contacted Hamilton Aerials previously with a different job. This time we would have CCTVs installed at our property. Frank contacted us with a quote and after we accepted he arrived on time and did an outstanding job. We can view our house on our iPhones as well. He would clean up after he finished his work and was wearing shoe covers while at the property. Frank Hamilton came to our property within an hour of the phone call. Satellite signal was very poor when tested. We were informed this was due to an extremely old satellite dish. A new dish was immediately fitted with all new and up to date wiring. The televisions were checked to make sure everything was working perfectly. Excellent service from a very pleasant man.

I was very happy with the work that Frank Hamilton carried out. I could not fault any aspect of his work or service. He turned up on time, was very pleasant to deal with and explained each aspect of the work he was carrying out. The result was a very professional, neat and thorough job. In addition to the fitting of the aerial he installed and tested the television and recorder to ensure that everything was working as it should. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.

Very professional approach and explained everything he was doing and how long it would take. Courteous throughout and respectful of our home even wore overshoe protectors so as not to dirty the carpets.

If your past installers have been the type that arrive with spurs on their heels then fear not! Frank Hamilton is professional, polite, knowledgeable, clean & just take a look at his spotless VW van. Sensibly priced, be wary of cheap quotes, there is probably a reason. Our job was relatively simple, but I get the impression he wouldn’t have given up until he got us a good TV signal. Frank also does Networking, CCTV and TV wall-mounts! I cannot recommend this company high enough.
